CANCELLATION POLICY
Rescheduling & Cancellation Policy- At Abgl Beauty, your time is valued—and I ask that you value mine, too. I know life happens, and I will always do my best to accommodate every single one of you. With that being said, please take a moment to review the policy below before booking your appointment: ♦️Rescheduling - If you need to reschedule, please do so at least 24 hours in advance. • Changes made with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a 50% fee of the scheduled service. • This helps ensure fairness for other clients and keeps the schedule running smoothly. ♦️Cancellations - Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged 100% of the service fee. ♦️No-Shows - If you miss your appointment without notifying me, you will be charged 100% of the service fee and you will no longer be allowed to make any future appointments at Abgl Beauty. ♦️ Late Arrivals - A 10-minute grace period is given for all appointments. • After 10 minutes, your appointment may be shortened or canceled and will be considered a late cancellation, incurring the 100% fee. • Please plan accordingly to get the most out of your service. 💳 - A card on file is required to book.
